About Dock Treece
Dock D. Treece was born August 17, 1950 in Tennessee. Mr. Treece
moved to Monroe, Michigan in 1968 after graduating from Powell Valley High
School. From 1969 until 1973, Mr. Treece attended Henry Ford Community
College while working for Ford Motor Co.
Mr. Treece began his career in securities in 1979 when, along with
William R. Pintaric, he incorporated WRP Investment Advisory Service. Inc.,
a registered investment advisory service and served as President. Mr.
Treece also joined WRP Investments, Inc. that same year as a Registered
Representative.
In 1985, Mr. Treece purchased all of the outstanding shares of WRP
Investment Advisory Service, Inc., and in 1988 changed the name of the
corporation to Treece Investment Advisory Corp. to reflect the new
ownership. In addition, in 1988 Mr. Treece incorporated and became
president of Treece Financial Services Corp., a licensed broker/dealer.
Treece Financial Services Corp. is a member of the Financial Industry
Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and the Securities Investor Protection
Corporation.
In addition to his work with Treece Investment Advisory Corp, Mr. Treece
is a business analyst used often by local television and radio stations and
does “on-the-air” commentary on business developments. In the 1980s
Mr. Treece taught Personal Financial Management through the Department of
Continuing Education of the University of Toledo. He is a licensed
private pilot, and he is a former or active member of several charitable
organizations, including Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Northwestern Ohio,
Toledo Opera Association, Toledo Jaycees, Sylvania Chamber of Commerce,
Sylvania Rotary, Toledo Crittenden Services Board, Lions Club, Zenobia
Shrine, Toledo Museum of Art and the Better Business Bureau.

| Community Involvement: Mr. Treece completed a four-year term as Sylvania Township
Trustee and was elected to the Board of Directors of the Toledo Metropolitan
Area Council of Governments (TMACOG), in 2001. Dock D. Treece has also
served as President of the Lucas County Township Association and as a member of
the Coalition of Large Ohio Urban Townships (CLOUT). |
